    About two times a month a mystery person visits our classroom and reads to us!  Below are the Mystery Readers that have visited us so far.  Contact Mrs. Trautwein if you would like to visit and share your love for reading with our class!
    Ms. Mac
    Our first Mystery reader was Ms. Mac, our Grandfriend.  She visits us once a week and while she is here, she READS with us!  Fun, fun!  While she was here as a Mystery Reader she read The So-So Cat by Edith Thacher Hurd.
    Mrs. Conte2
    Mrs. Conte suprised us and read two books- The Teacher from the Black Lagoon by Mike Thaler and Pumpkin Soup by Helen Cooper.  Thanks sharing your love for reading with us!
    Mrs. Aneser
    Mrs. Aneser came to our classroom and read two stories to get us ready for Halloween!  The first book was The Great Pumpkin Strikes Again! by Charles M. Schulz and the second was Froggy's Halloween by Jonathan London and Frank Remkiewicz.   Thanks for coming in!  Trick or Treat!
    Mr. Rooney
    Mr. Rooney came in on Election Day and read an awesome book called Vote! by Eileen Christelow.  We learned so much about the Election process from him and the book!  Thanks for coming in Mr. Rooney!
    Dan Anderson
    TCNJ baseball pitcher, Dan Anderson, surprised us today!  His visit was a HOMERUN!  We listened to one of his favorite stories, Casey Back at Bat by Dan Gutman.  Thank you for visiting and good luck in your spring season Dan!
    Mrs. Sudol
    Mrs. Sudol came in to share two stories- The Grumpy Tree  by Leo Price and A Silly Snowy Day by Michael Coleman and Gwyneth Williamson.  Thank you for coming in and giving us a terrific read aloud!
    Mrs. Walter
    Freddy's mother surprised all of us when she came in to read three great stories.  The first one she read was Library Lil by a Suzanne Williams and well known illustrator, Steven Kellogg.  The second story she shared with us was by well known author Patricia Poacco-Thunder.  Lastly, she introduced us to the text Book Fair Day by Lynn Plourde and Thor Wickstrom.  What terrific books!  Thank you for coming in!
    Mr. Young
    Mr. Young visited room 145 and shared a wonderful book titled, Critter Sitter by Chuck Richards.  Thank you for sharing your love of reading with us!
    Mrs. Kole
    Mrs. Kole surprised us with her great clues!  She came in to OHES the same day we kicked off our Read Across America celebration.  In honor of Dr. Seuss, she read two of his books:  Horton Hatches an Egg and Oh the Places You'll Go!  Thanks for taking the time to read to us!
    Mrs. Cooper
    We were so surprised when Mrs. Cooper walked in to our room!  Since we were still celebrating Read Across America she read I can Read with My Eyes Shut by Dr. Seuss and There's No Place Like Space by Tish Rabe (which is from te Cat in the Hat's Learning Library).  This was a perfect opportunity for us to learn a little about the solar system since we will be starting that unit in Science soon! 
    Mrs. Mian
    Haaris' mom came in to our classroom and read us two books- Hooray for Reading Day by Margery Cuyler and Mice and Beans by Pam Munoz Ryan. 
    Mrs. Greene
    Riley's mom stopped in to surprise us with two fabulous books.  Thank you for reading Salmon Stream by Carol Reed Jones and I'm a Manatee by John Lithgow!  We loved having you read to us!
    Mrs. Gohil
    Meghna's mom had all of us fooled with her great clues!  When she arrived she shared a great Marc Brown story called D.W. the Picky Eater.  Thanks for taking the time to read to us!
    Billy Hall
    Baseball player, Mr. Billy Hall, visited us and we sure had fun!  He read an outstanding book titled by Winners Never Quit by Mia Hamm and we learned a little bit more about great sportsmanship. Thanks for taking the time out to come in to read to us Mr. Hall! 
    Mr. Wilson
    We enjoyed three great stories read by Mr. Wilson.  First we listened to Fancy Nancy by Jane O'Connor, next we heard Officer Buckle and Gloria by Peggy Rathman, and lastly we enjoyed The Boy Who Loved Words   by Roni Schotter and Giselle Potter.  Thank you for the wonderful clues!
