Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Tori Hillock

My name is Tori Hillock and I am very excited to be your child's teacher for the 2024-2025 school year! This will be my eleventh year working in education, and my second year as a teacher at Village Elementary School.

My family moved to Montgomery when I was in the 3rd grade and I am a proud graduate of MHS (Go Cougars!).

I attended Rider University and earned a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Applied Psychology (concentration: Applied Behavior Analysis). I have a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction (concentration: Autism Spectrum Disorders) from Arizona State University. I earned a post-baccalaureate teaching certificate and M.A. in Special Education from Ramapo College of New Jersey. I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my 3-year-old fur baby, Kenzie, who is a morkie (maltese and yorkie mix).

A few of my favorite things:

  • Hobbies: running (I have completed several half marathons - including three in Walt Disney World!), attending Orange Theory Fitness classes, reading, and crocheting.
  • Vacation spots: the Jersey Shore, Walt Disney World and Aruba
  • Band: Bon Jovi (I've seen them in concert over 20 times!)
  • Color: yellow
  • Drink: Starbucks Coffee (my dog, Kenzie loves pup cups!)
  • Candy: Reese's peanut butter cups
  • Sports Teams: New York Yankees (MLB) and Green Bay Packers (NFL)
